The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill 445—A Bill to repeal §18B-1-8b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the repeal of an outdated section of code providing for the merger and consolidation of the West Virginia graduate college with Marshall University.
